Spring #sailing prep continues! We’re so close to finishing bottom sanding we can taste it… or is that just the paint dust?
Spring 2024 #sailboat prep continues as we (okay, Ella really) works out our Maxxt DA sander hard to take off 5 years of ablative bottom paint. It’s a lot of work and there’s still more to come! We have both been really impressed with this sander. Ella was able to work for hours on end without fatiguing her hands. #beastmode
It’s time for #boat bottom prep 2024! This year we are switching from ablative bottom paint to hard paint. It will be a lot of work, but we’re hoping it pays off with less maintenance and better performance in the future! #boatbottompainting #sailboatmaintenance
